I don’t know Jeff Anderson that well, but some of the members on the Bodybuilding Revealed private forum mentioned they liked his slant on making home made supplements and he’s just put together a pretty cool video on exactly how to do it, and yeah, you can watch it without paying anybody a dime.
The margin on supplements is huge and I’ve long been an advocate that the best MRP is the one you make at home, here’s my own recipe.
Two scoops of Whey Isolate Half cup of favourite juice Handful frozen strawberries 1 Tablespon of Flax Oil or Udos Choice (or fish oil caps) 1 cup of water (add or reduce to suit your own consistency) Optional 5-10g Glutamine and 5 g creatine.
This delivers around 370 calories, 36 protein, 23 g carbs and 15 g fat , around 40% calories, 24% carbs and 36% fat.
This suits my needs but you can play around with the recipe to make it suit your own personal tastes and macronutrient preferences.
Not only will it be a lot cheaper than buying a MRP, it will taste better and have far more flexibility.
Anyway back to Jeff, he’s put together an entire video on how to make your own supplements, not often somebody goes to that much trouble and makes it a fre.ebie so I added it to the brinkzone.
