Just letting you know that after 11 weeks on the same program, I now weigh 218 lbs(weighed 197 @ the beginning) and I am presently 10.5% bodyfat…I want to thank you for offering a great course and I have recommended it to all who ask me how I got such results.Everyone at the gym thinks I’m on steroids!I take it as a compliment and walk away;I disregard their comments…They won’t beleive me if Im tell them I’m natural anyways.

Just letting you know that I’m on the 5th week and I still haven’t dropped in reps;I am still pulling 8 reps w/ all exercises. It is unbeleivable that I am lifting the weight I am lifting.I am benching 245lbs x 8 reps…This is unheard of for me.I could barely lift this as a 1-rep max before starting this program.Is this normal…?I am still adding 5 lbs each w-out.In addition,I ‘ve lost bodyfat….down to 10%!I’m growing and losing bodyfat…this is great.

I have started your Truly Huge program and I am truly amazed; I have trained 4-5 days in the past(I have been training for 2 years) and I got some fair results but I have seen some amazing results in the past week and a half.I have trained 3 days in 9 days and I am continuously pumped and look full! I have even gained 1/2 an inch on my arms and legs. It took me a year to get 1/2 and inch on my arms (w/Weider principles) in the past. I have taken some pictures of myself and I have taken my bodyfat % at the local gym (197 lbs @ 13.5%-11 sites).I will keep you posted on my progress and send you pictures once I reach my goals.
PS:I FEEL SO GOOD ON THIS PROGRAM…THX FOR GIVING ME HOPE.

My weight is 184 lbs. I kid you not. I have gained a considerable amount. Almost twenty pounds. I believe I began at 160-170 lbs. Even I was shocked.

I just wanted to write and say that for the week I have used TRULY HUGE, I am now able to bench 5 more pounds 8 times than I used to be able to. It’s working great so far. I hope that this keeps up throughout the entire program.

I have been astounded by the results I have garnered thus far. Just an example, last friday I was able to do 9 reps of 235 on bench…way more than I ever have before. Many of my friends think I’m on steroids….and I take it as a compliment.

Thank you very much for the excellent Truly Huge program. I have used it for a week now, and I am overwhelmed with the results I have seen. So far, my squat has gone up 10 pounds, my bench has jumped 13, and my seated calf raises have gone up 15 pounds. I have already gotten some stretch marks on my triceps, and my energy levels are amazingly high. I feel this is one of the best programs out there. Football starts in six months, and I plan to be back bigger and better then ever.

I can’t beleive how big I have gotten in 2 weeks. I have gone from 197 lbs to 204 lbs and with no additionnal bodyfat…actually I went down 1%!

I ordered a copy of your book a while back and got a program started. Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with it, and your advice. Sence starting it Jan. 19th my poundages are going up at an amazing rate. When I began, i had been lifting seriously for over two years and started with weights that were my maximum. Using your program my bench, dead lift and squats are up over 100 lbs ea. The others are up by a long ways as well. And I have gained 4.5 lbs dispite the fact that I know I dont eat enough, ( I am trying) People at the gym are looking in bewilderment at the weights I am doing now.
